Ordered the black rose biker jacket for myself. I choose the size medium, but Sarah at the customer service re confirmed my jacket measurements. Seems like for every order they reconfirm the measurements which is a good thing as you can get a custom fit at the same price which a lot of other brands don't offer. The jacket quality is really something to admire. The leather thickness, interior lining and stitch are really amazing and the outlook of the jacket is really cool. The best thing about the backpack is the separate laptop zipper compartment, which makes room for a lot of other stuff in the main compartment. Delivery time was quick and communicated well in time. It's well crafted, very durable with great space available in it's different compartments, pockets and slots. Still, its not a burgeoning bag and quite compact to move with. Great overall product.

They could improve on their packaging of their product as the bag I ordered cane in this beautiful drawstring canvas bag but it was obvious that it was too tightly packed and caused the bag to cramp and crease. Just a little bigger bag would have been best.

I was suspicious the color might not be as it looks on my computer but the product is exactly how it looks on their website. What delighted me more was the sumptuous feel of leather. I was in two minds for its size but it perfectly holds all my stuff. I really appreciate the communication with the seller as they have been updating me along the process. When I ordered the bag, when it was in production and when it was shipped kind of keeps you excited for your purchase. This bag is beautiful. Although it is pretty masculine and probably marketed to men, I can totally make it work with a Ralph Lauren Sporty Spice vibe. It is kind of heavy but that is due to the high quality of the bag. However, I'm only 5'4" and it is not too big. Really a quality piece and I am excited to take it on it's first trip this weekend. I can fit a laptop and magazines in the laptop area and I will be pairing it with my Filson bag so there will be a whole look going on. I know this is probably not the type of review you get for this bag but it works on a lot of different levels. Really pleased with the quality especially for the price. Also, it is very unique looking. I love that. I think it is even cooler looking in person. Very pleased with this purchase.
