What are the Shipping Charges ?

We offer free shipping worldwide. Normally brands provide free shipping to US, UK and Canada but we offer free shipping globally. You don't have to worry while placing an order about shipping charges.

How many days does it take for parcel to arrive from date of ordering ?
  • All in stock orders are shipped the next day or within 3-5 business days from date of ordering. A parcel arrives at customer`s address in 5-8 days from date of shipment.
  • For orders not in stock, production takes 5-7 days and we ship immediately once product is ready. In case the production is delayed due to any reason, we send timely updates on email ID provided by customer in order.
  • Custom orders are shipped in 3 - 4 weeks time from date of order receipt/order confirmation. Any delays due to production process or shipping delays are timely communicated.
Can shipping address be different from payment address ?

Yes, shipping address can be different from payment address.

Returnds And Refunds

Can I return the product if I don’t like it ?
  • In case if you don`t like your order, you can return the product within 30 days from date of order receipt. Returned product should be in unused condition and customer will pay return shipping cost.
  • After 30 days, we accept return for only a damaged item for repair until a period of 1 year.
  • Custom orders/Personalized orders are not covered in 30 days return policy. They are non returnable and non refundable.

  • Our website is hosted on reliable web hosting, it is SSL secured and we use Stripe payment and Paypal payment gateways to process the payments securing all our customer transactions.
  • We don't store any information regarding the customer payment details. The details are only processed by the payment gateways that we use (Paypal & Stripe).

Additional Costs

Are Customs duties also covered in free shipping?
  • We are not responsible for payment of any customs duties at destination end. Customs duties (if any) are sole responsibility of customer.

Production and Process

Where are Alaskan products manufactured ?
  • Our production facility and warehouse is based in Karachi, Pakistan.
What type of leather is used in our manufacturing ?
  • We use original full grain cow leather in manufacturing bags and original sheep leather to manufacture jackets. In some instances, we have also used goat leather, buffalo leather.
How do we ensure the quality of our products ?
  • We have sub teams in our production department. Each sub team has expertise into their dedicated skill set. Each of these teams is looked after by a senior production supervisor.
