Product quality is top notch and the finishing is fantastic. They could improve on their packaging of their product as the bag I ordered cane in this beautiful drawstring canvas bag but it was obvious that it was too tightly packed and caused the bag to cramp and crease. Just a little bigger bag would have been best.

Amazing quality for this price
This backpack is so luxuriously soft and strong. It has very nice padded shoulder straps and a good laptop slot. The interior pockets are generously sized. The front exterior zip pocket is a gussetted on the bottom but not the top which can make it a little challenge to get items out of the pack is loaded. Other than that, I love this pack.
